Grinding
BGParts Ltd has surface grinding and round grinding machines. Round grinding machines are type TOS HOSTIVAR BU28-1000 with a maximum diameter of grinding ø280 and length 900 mm. Surface grinding machines are Praga and SHPH types with size of table 600x200mm.
Welding processes
The company has a welding station, equipped with a welding machine with a wire feeder CLOOS-350A / MAT welding/ and DC welding machines for welding with wireless rutile electrodes.
Installation works
We practice mechanical and press assembly.
For press assembly, we have a type of hydraulic press with an
adjustable force of up to 60 tons, allowing the realization of precise
assembly work.
We perform mechanized assembly on specialized assembly machines.
